Refund Process
Once the returned products are received and checked for compliance with our return conditions, the refund process will be completed within a maximum of 4 (four) business days and submitted to the respective bank. The time for the refund to be reflected in your credit card account may vary depending on your bank, typically between 1 to 4 business days.
In case of payment via a debit card, the processing time may be longer depending on your bank’s policies. For payments made in installments, the refund will also be processed in installments in line with the bank's procedures. For follow-up on your refund, it is recommended that you contact your bank directly.
Refunds for orders paid via bank transfer (havale) are processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days following the approval of the return request.
RUEONLINE checks the returned products for compliance with return conditions. The return process starts once the item arrives at our warehouse and is completed within 4 days. The time taken to notify the bank of the refund is included in this period. Depending on bank processing times, the refund may appear on your credit card within 4 days. This timeline is entirely dependent on your bank, and RUEONLINE has no control over the bank’s processing procedures. In the case of installment purchases, refunds are processed by the bank in the same installment structure.
Due to hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, and earrings that have had their tags or protective seals removed cannot be returned.
